Learning
Introduction
Learning is the process of acquiring new understanding, knowledge, behaviors, skills, attitudes, and preferences. Same we say, learning is a more complicated practical because learning is nor just only reading. When we try to go for touching our goals, aims, dreams, sometimes that road may be very difficult to us. Sometime we can be lost every thing or fail every things. By these failures , we can learn the good things which those failures get as a lesson for our life“Learning never exhausts the mind.”
-Leonardo da Vinci’s-
The thousand-year ago ancient humans did not know anything. But they learned step by step. When they starved, They referred to hunt the animals. Then invented arrows , knife, fire. Thus according to their requirements, they invented new things day by day and year by year .
Due to evolution and improvement of human brain by these things, The humans understood the value of learning .It we compare between human of present and past, then we can imagine how much more complicated the human life now
Learning New Thing
Learning keeps your mind engaged and body active. It helps you get new and knowledge-based perspectives on the world around you. It helps you gain new experiences, trains your brain to handle a wide range of challenges, and keeps your neural pathways active. All these factors combine to keep you healthy.
Neuroscience research shows that when we learn
something new, there is a physical changing our brain .Some of our brains cells establishing
connections with other brains cells to from new networks of cells ,Which represent
the new learning that has taken place. As a example, when we birth , we do not
know nothing, but after few years , we learned how to walk ,we learned how to
speak with each other , we learned how
to reading and writing .After we went to the college , we learned so much
subjects such as math , science , nature
, ICT .. Then we tied to think about new thing and solved the some difficult problems. When we looked after our past ,Then it is a
completely different . we learned so many things and changed
our brain so much.
Every time
we use or practice newly learned information or skills , the connection between the brain cells get
stronger and our ability to recall the
information becomes faster. This called long term potentiation . When consider
so difficult subjects such as math , science ,
if you practice that subject every and find the answers for very
difficult questions, That things become the long term memory.
For instant; in
early time the math subject the problems were addition, subtraction,
multiplication and divide Such as 2+2 ,
33×42 , 8-9 and 10/5 . At this time , these problems were verry difficult to us
But now these problems are very easiest questions. That is long term
potentiation , because We tried these questions so many times.
As a result of these things, when we learn
something by engaging the more ways such as talking, reading, writing and
thinking about the materials of subject or skill, then our brain becomes the
stronger connections and these new learning things will become a more permanent
memory . These things clearly explained by this video .
Prepare to learn
If we try to remember which we learn new things , we need to be prepped for it . That is an one of the most important new insight for the human brain learns. When we learning without proper sleep , exercise, and eating or hydrating , then our brain will make learning much more difficult
If you don’t have healthy and if
we begin the new learning with starving ,Then our brain work much less efficiently , because the
human brain uses 25% - 30% of the body’s energy. When our brain starved for the
glucose , then the brain is not ready for learning. As well as this brain needs a
great deal of water .Neurons known as brain cells , stored in tiny balloon like
structures called vacuoles.
Water is needed for the brain’s production of
hormones and neurotransmitters. These
are the key players in the brain’s communication system
